  My wife has a chronic pain issue, went there in desperation because the VA has such an extensive wait time and the doctor that she saw pretty much acted like she was in there to get drugs without her primary care doctor finding out. He didn't even bother to talk or ask questions, just told her that they didn't prescribe drugs for chronic pain issues and she needed to go elsewhere for meds. Wow, my wife isn't a druggie, but he treated her like one! Will never take her back there!

  Receptionist were very pleasant. Got to the back to see Dr.Ingle he came in, didn't introduce himself, didn't greet me. Just asked "why are you here today?" He seemed very irritated as I begin to explain why I was there for the 3rd time he kept saying "I can't hear you" I spoke very loud and clear. I then told him my reason for my visit and he sat back and said "well what do you want me to do?" I asked could he Re-Prescribe my medicine I had taken a year ago. He told me no he wasn't going to do that and that I could find a Primary Family practice if that's what I wanted. I explained to him I currently do not have a primary care physician that is why I came here and paid my Copay for you to help me out. He didn't seem to care at all so I told him I would like a refund for my copay. He gladly did that. He was very inconsiderate. The opposite of "People that care"
