- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Receptionist was very rude. My dog was attacked and we brought him in as an emergency walk in. First thing she asked was if he was a fighting dog and if we were using him in fights- I'm guessing because he is a pit mix. I was shocked that she would ask such a thing while my dog is bleeding in my arms. I had to resist the urge to speak my mind to her because I really needed help. She then asked why he was not neutered and told us we needed to pay up front. That wasn't a problem at all but she acted as though we planned on bailing on the bill. I definitely felt very unwelcome by the receptionist and I see that many reviews mention the same things. But once they took him back, they were very good to him. The vet was thorough and helpful and they were gentle. He is thankfully okay, they gave him pain meds and antibiotics. I'm pleased with the care, but still a bit upset at the receptionist.October 05, 2017by anon- an
