  I have been trying to get someone to contact me back for over a month now to get my autistic son in for testing. They have a phone service and if someone ever calls you from Brennan office you get the run around or is treated very rude. After my son's therapists and myself has sent referrals and recalled the answering service for the 7th time. A very rude unfriendly person called me back saying I needed to call another number that was afiliated with them. Not them. And then was hanging up on me. That would have been nice to know a month ago. I pray for these folks because we are struggling parents trying to get our kids help. Yes they are in the wrong profession.

  I have never encountered an office like this one. They have an answering service that screens ALL calls. No way to confirm info, no staff to answer questions. I am trying to get my on referred here and am extremely frustrated at the horrible way this practice is run. I certainly hope this doctor is amazing, but is she so arrogant that she thinks she attracts business and new patients by making her office totally inaccessible to the unwashed masses knocking on her door? What a awful first impression. Started working on my son's referral here in FEBRUARY and still don't know the status. I've been calling for weeks. Dr. Brennan, please consider booting the answering service to screen all calls and hire a friendly staff to answer the phone!!
